interest rates by most of the banks are now hovering in the range of 9% to 10% with maturity ranging from 1 year+ to 1000 days. For people interested in debt (I guess everyone should), its a right time to lock in some of your fund for long duration FDs.
Short term mutual funds as well as FMPs can also be considered at this as it will have similar yields.
