Zen Technologies Ltd has informed BSE regarding a Press Release dated October 30, 2008 titled "Zen's Overseas Initiative & Order Position".
Press Release :
"The Hyderabad based Zen Technologies Ltd is a manufacturer of advanced training simulators. Zen has recently firmed up plans to venture overseas with its Driving Training Simulator, with special emphasis on Europe. In this regard, Zen has been able to get commitment for financial support from Technology Development Board, Govt. of India in the form of a soft loan to the tune of Rs 4.60 Crores. Company expects to make a break through in this market in the next 2 years.
Zen has pending orders, as on September 30, 2008, of Rs 74.99 Crores (previous year: 0.94 Crores) and expects to execute these orders in the next 15 months.
Zen is aggressively investing in R&D for building a healthy product pipeline to service existing customers as well as venture into new markets like mining."
